Board of Governors

The Board of Governors has responsibility for the governance of the Academic Partnerships and HE Division. It sets expectations of quality delivery of programmes, maintenance of high levels of support services to students and compliance with the requirements of statutory and regulatory bodies.

The Board of Governors is further and primarily responsible for determining the strategic direction and priorities of the Academic Partnerships and HE Division and monitoring their successful accomplishment.

Laura Guga-Voyce

Laura is responsible for all strategic, operational, and academic matters for our Academic Partnerships division as well as Regulatory and Immigration Compliance, Safeguarding, Health & Safety and Data Protection across the Group.

Nick Malcomson

Nick Malcomson joined Oxford International in 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 20 years of international finance leadership experience to the organisation. He is responsible for overseeing financial strategy, planning, and governance.
